Okay, I'm dumb and I have no idea what's going on. Lately, while surfin' around DA, I've noticed people changing the colors and backgrounds of their journals. Is this a subscriber only feature, or can anyone do it? And if it's not, can someone teach my dumb ass how to make my journal tehpretties? I looked for it on the DA FAQ, but I either overlooked something, it's not there, or I'm just looking in the wrong places. Like I said, retarded question!
